For over 70 years Te Aroha Dramatic Society has been providing the Te Aroha community with quality live theatre.
We produce a variety of theatre productions each year by NZ and international playwrights and aim to both
entertain and educate our supporters.
The Theatre is now an established local landmark where members of the community can come together. It provides
an excellent venue for use by other groups and also offers a Costume Hire service.
The Society receives good support from the community and provides an opportunity for people of all ages and walks
of life to become involved with all aspects of theatre production; from acting through to backstage, lighting and
sound, advertising, marketing and promotion.
